Quality Assurance System

into the production flow
Quality Assurance is embedded end-to-end in our operations, not an isolated function. 30+ specialists sit inside the production units with phase-specific control plans (prototype, pre-series, mass production) and clear release/hold authority at each gate. The objective is process stability and repeatable quality at scale.
SGS-certified
in-house laboratory
Every prototype is validated in our SGS-certified laboratory, where we run functional and physical tests against international standards. Sector-specific instrumentation for leather goods and eyewear cases (seam strength, flexing, adhesive/edge-paint adhesion, color fastness to rubbing, PU hydrolysis, zipper/hinge fatigue, nickel release for metals, etc.) ensures the design is industrializable and compliant before production launch.
Material qualification
& in-process controls
Before start of production, 100% of critical materials undergo chemical and physical testing (REACH-like, dyestuff migration, Chromium VI, phthalates, VOC where applicable). On the line we apply poka-yoke methods and statistical controls (IPC/OQC) with AQL sampling plans (ISO 2859-1) agreed per program. Test plans are tailored by product family (handbags, SLG, eyewear cases).
Digital traceability
& data governance
Each order/lot carries full genealogy (materials, operators, tooling, inspections, reworks) captured in our ERP (SAP/Odoo). Real-time dashboards provide live monitoring, audit trail, and client-ready reporting (CoA/CoC, lab sheets, First Article Inspection, defect photo logs).
