Process
1) Design Brief & Feasibility (1-2 days)
We capture objectives, target markets, regulatory constraints, and cost/lead-time targets. We assess technical risks and construction options (materials, hardware, processes).
2) Co-Design & Engineering (DFM/DFC) (3-5 days)
We optimize the design for manufacturability and cost (DFM/DFC): 2D patterns, tolerances, reinforcements. We prepare the tech pack and define the test plan.
3) Prototype Sprint & Laboratory Validation (7-10 days)
Fast T0/T1 iterations; validation in our SGS-certified in-house laboratory with functional and physical tests (seams, edge paint, zips/hinges, color fastness, etc.).
4) Industrialization & Tooling (5-7 days)
We translate the project into a stable process: jigs, fixtures, molds, and digital nesting; time & method study, line balancing, routing and operation sheets.
5) Pre-Production (PP) & Golden Sample (3-5 days)
We run PP and the First Article Inspection (FAI); we lock specifications and approve the Golden Sample.
6) Pilot Run (Run@Rate) (3-5 days)
We verify real line capability on a pilot lot; we measure FPY, cycle times, bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Deliverables: Pilot report, updated Control Plan/SOP.
7) Mass Production & In-Process QA
On the line we apply poka-yoke and IPC/OQC controls with AQL plans (ISO 2859-1) agreed per program. Full traceability in SAP/Odoo (lots, materials, operators, reworks).
8) Packing, Logistics & Post-Launch
We apply packing standards, perform drop tests when required, generate ASN/EDI, and monitor post-launch quality with a CAPA loop.
